RealFeed ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, mobile application, or use any of our services (collectively, the "Platform").

• Personal Data: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other contact details you voluntarily provide when creating an account, submitting a property inquiry, or contacting us.
• Property Preferences: Search criteria, saved listings, favorited neighborhoods, and any preferences you set within the Platform.
• Financial Information: If you engage in a transaction, we may collect billing details. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors; we do not store full credit card numbers.
• Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and clickstream data collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.
• Property and Location Information: City, neighborhood, street address and other location information you enter when searching or managing listings. Some web pages offer nearby searches using browser location access if you grant permission. The current RealFeed native mobile apps do not request device location access.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its features.
• Personalize your experience, including property recommendations, market intelligence reports, and neighborhood insights.
• Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries, sending transactional emails, and providing customer support.
• Send marketing communications (with your consent), such as newsletters, new listing alerts, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time.
• Improve the Platform through analytics, A/B testing, and user research.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Real Estate Professionals: When you inquire about a listing or request a showing, your contact information may be shared with the listing agent or broker.
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing, subject to confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect usage data and enhance your experience. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain Platform functionality.

5. Data Security

RealFeed uses HTTPS to protect information in transit between the app or website and its production API. Authentication and access controls restrict protected account features. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

You can request deletion of your RealFeed account and associated data on this website or from Account in either RealFeed app. Sign in to verify that the request belongs to you.

Deletion removes account credentials, profile data, saved properties, notification preferences and personal content, and closes RealFeed subscriptions and the Stripe customer profile. Financial transaction records and security audit records are retained for accounting, dispute resolution and fraud prevention. Shared business records remain with their organization. Restricted backup copies may remain for disaster recovery and are not used as active accounts.

External uploads, previously syndicated content and shared organization ownership may require administrator review before deletion can finish. The deletion page shows the request status and reference. Previous charges are not automatically refunded.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

8. Children's Privacy
