Terms of Service

Welcome to RealFeed Intelligence ("RealFeed," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration

Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are in violation of these Terms.

3. Use of the Platform

The Platform provides real estate market intelligence, property listings, neighborhood insights, and related tools. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Platform.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without authorization.

4. Property Listings and Information

RealFeed aggregates real estate data from multiple sources, including public records, verified listing feeds, and user-submitted content. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any listing data, property valuations, market statistics, or neighborhood information displayed on the Platform.

RealFeed is not a real estate brokerage. We are a technology platform that connects consumers with real estate professionals. All real estate transactions are conducted through licensed brokers and agents. RealFeed does not provide real estate brokerage services, legal advice, financial advice, or appraisals.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of RealFeed Intelligence or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or upload any content to the Platform (reviews, photos, comments, etc.), you grant RealFeed a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Platform and our business operations.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

7. Real Estate Professional Accounts

If you register as a real estate agent, broker, or professional ("Pro Account"), you additionally represent and warrant that:

• You hold a valid real estate license in the applicable jurisdiction(s).
• All listing information you submit is accurate and compliant with applicable industry regulations and fair housing laws.
• You will respond to consumer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

RealFeed reserves the right to verify your license status and remove your account if your license is suspended, revoked, or otherwise invalidated.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain features or services on the Platform may require payment. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of paid services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALFEED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REALFEED IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RealFeed and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
